Perry Cooper will lead a case study of the NHL's data-driven, analytical approach to its digital experience. It will focus on how the League uses consumer consumption analytics and insights to inform and direct strategy for key vertical stakeholders in the business - online programming and production, digital ad sales and solutions, database marketing and integrated e-commerce, and IT Systems - and how these stakeholders, and the business as a whole, derive value from a data-driven Web experience.
