David H. Stone is the Voice of the Customer for Wachovia's eCommerce business with responsibility for bringing the customer perspective into Wachovia's online strategy and operations. David joined the company in 1992, has held his current position since 2006, and has held a number of leadership positions within Wachovia's Operations and Technology and eCommerce divisions.
His breadth and depth of experience in process management and customer service allows him to approach business with a customer-centric point of view. David received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Winthrop.
He is married to wife, Jan and spends much of his time away from Wachovia with his 4 children
