Jeff is responsible for VistaPrint's user interface design and usability research, site marketing, and the strategy and roadmap for the company's online design library and web-based design capabilities. His team is committed to optimize the customer experience, while maximizing business performance of VistaPrint's 19 global Web sites. The VistaPrint website caters to a diverse customer base of over 13 million customers representing both small businesses and home and family customers.
Prior to joining VistaPrint, Jeff spent three years at American Express in New York as Director of Interactive Capabilities. Prior to American Express, he was a consultant and project manager with Deloitte Consulting and Roundarch where he developed online strategies, user experience designs, and technology solutions for such clients as Bear Stearns, Baxter Healthcare, the U.S. Air Force, CIBC, Dade Behring, Sprint, and Molex. Prior to consulting, Jeff worked as a semiconductor design engineer at Intel Corporation in California focused on flash memory and microprocessor design.
Jeff earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in business administration, both from the University of Michigan. He has two small children and enjoys golfing, gardening, fishing, and travel./p>
